JCP Media Company Director - Jamie Pitt

Thank you for visiting JCP Media a local business in Teesside I created in early 2025 dedicated to providing PR and Media services to small businesses in the local area. I gained my Bachelors Degree at the University of Leeds in 2008 in Media and Marketing, specialising in Public Relations and Marketing Strategy.

During my career I have worked for the local authority specialising in corporate communications and media engagement. While studying in Leeds I worked for a national brand agency who represented worldwide brands such as Hugo Boss and LaCoste. I also have experience working in public services for Durham Constabulary working for their Media and Marketing Department as a Press Officer.

I have freelanced over the years offering PR and Media services to local business in the hospitality and performing arts industry as well as supporting a local football team with their Junior initiatives through Social Media and Print Media. I have expertise and experience in copywriting, press releases, television and radio engagement including working with BBC Tees, Tyne Tees Television and Sky News. 

Through networking I have developed connections with colleagues across the UK specialising in communication and media in various industries such as Sports, Engineering and celebrity endorsement and guest speaking. 

My aim and objective is to provide support and services to local businesses in the area, to see Teesside and its surrounding areas show their true potential and the power of the North East when it comes to local business.
